Kurosawa tribute


Been on a Kurosawa binge lately... Seven Samurai, Yojimbo, Kagemusha... deliciously inspiring. Was very fun to do this piece!

    Nice composition. I've just watched an anime samurai movie recently too. Sword of the Stranger.

    Nice brushstrokes in the vegetation; fits the genre of the image well. The pale green/purple color scheme works well too.
